Customized for your Business
Monthly plans consist of a monthly base rate + the actual minutes of Live Operator time used each month (pay for only what you need each month). We also have customers that prefer to estimate and budget their usage in which case your Contact Account Manager will make a plan just for you that includes your estimated minutes of usage in your base rate at a discounted rate.
High and low volume rates
We make it easy on you by automatically adjusting your billing each month and giving you the lowest minute billing rate based on your monthly usage, you don't even have to ask. Accounts under 500 minutes per month are low volume, between 500-1000 minutes per month are discounted as medium volume, and over 1000 minutes per month are discounted as high volume.
